If you have a physical gift card, you need to have this with you and present at the time of booking. For digital gift cards, either print your email that contains your digital gift card or display on your phone.
If the amount on your gift card covers the payment due no further payment is required, if further payment is required an additional payment method can be used.
The amount redeemed will be deducted from your gift card balance. Any remaining balance will be left on the gift card and can be spent until the expiry date shown.

Please have your TUI gift card ready when making your booking, if you have a digital gift card open the confirmation email received to retrieve your gift card number.
For online use, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial deposit/payment due when booking your holiday.
Once at the payment screen select payment option 'Card'
Enter the gift card number, Pin number and expiry date. For physical gift cards you will need to scratch off the silver panel to reveal the pin number.

The best way to pay your balance is by using Manage My Booking or your MyTUI account. If you booked in one of our stores, you can pop into your local TUI Holiday Store.
To use Manage My Booking you will need your booking reference number, departure date and lead passenger surname. These details will be found on the booking confirmation sent to you.
To redeem your gift card, you will need to enter the gift card number, PIN number and expiry date, for physical gift cards you will need to scratch off the silver panel to reveal the PIN number. For multiple gift cards you will need to enter each gift card number separately.
